Purpose of the RoleThe site is a Mix-Use Property where you will be required to provide an excellent level of housekeeping and team building, not to mention customer service and support to the property’s residents, visitors, tenants, contractors and in-house staff. As a PrimeMix-Use site, the standards are set high every day with an expectation to “wow” the residents and the client.The role is working internally and keeping the estate clean at all times but more than that, this role is very much the face of 250 City Road. As the face of the development, the role comes with an outstanding uniform and benefits from a training packagesecond to none in Savills. The person will be expected to assist residents, visitors and members of the public with any queries. The Commercial Operative, the Estate Operatives and the Internal Operatives are responsible for the estate’s cleanliness and workingtogether is a must for this role.Key Responsibilities
