Job Description

Contract - Data Solution Architect - Remote/London/Edinburgh - 6 months - Outside IR35We are seeking for a Data Solution Architect to support a number of data related projects for one of our banking customers.

  • Role: Data Solution Architect
  • Location: Remote/London/Edinburgh (with occasional travel when required)
  • Job type: Contract - Outside IR35 via your limited company
  • Duration: 6 months
  • In-depth knowledge of ETL/CDC tooling and techniques.
  • Strong background in data tokenization and expertise in a diverse set of technologies.
  • Experience in some the following technologies: AB Initio, Talend, AWS Glue, Infosphere CDC, Azure, AWS, RDBMS (ideally Teradata)
  • Good understanding and experience in Data architecture, including Data Lake/Warehousing, proficiency in various platforms & technologies related - SAS, Oracle, DB2, Scylla, Cassandra, mongo/NoSQL.
  • High availability highly resilient infrastructure.
  • Banking/ high regulatory oversight environment is an advantage.
  • Data governance exposure knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in formal solution modelling (e.g. C4 Model, Bizzdesign).
