We provide industry-focused brokerage, consulting, and claims advocacy services, leveraging data, technology, and analytics to help reduce our clients’total cost of risk.Are you ready to dive into the world of data analytics We are looking for Data Analytics Apprentices to work closely with our experienced team and help gather, analyse and report on large datasets. This apprenticeship will offer you a unique opportunityto develop your skills in data analytics, develop proficiency in software such as Excel, SQL, Python and provide essential support to our team and organisation. In this role, you will assist in collecting and organising data, implementing data analytics tools,conducting statistical analysis, and generating data-driven insights. You will collaborate with the team to ensure the accuracy of analysis results and contribute to the maintenance of databases and data management systems.A typical day

  • Develop a solid understanding of various placement platforms and datatypes used by brokers.
  • Work with Business stakeholders to influence the correct use of data collection systems and processes and contribute in our efforts to drive standardisation and data quality, to generate more meaningful insights.
  • Perform analysis on data collected via multiple platforms to derive insights on the following areas: Placement strategy, Insurer management, Market trends and trading relationship with different insurers and more!
  • Develop Proof of Concept models and dashboards to support data analysis and discussion with our internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute with maintaining target placement data structure / data dictionary based on requirements and use cases.
  • Collaborate with our Data & MI teams to drive the integration of several types of data into one conformed model.
  • Work on key priorities and projects, as needed.
You must have
  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
