Job Description

Join our team!We have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Social Responsibility Executive to join our team on a short-term basis until September 2024This exciting role sits within the CSR, Nutrition & Wellness team. You will be responsible for assisting in the companywide engagement of Eliors CSR mission, including the carbon reduction strategy and ambitious social value campaign.What youll be doing...You will be responsible for supporting the effective implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility activity within the business, championing ethical and environmentally friendly practices through a collaborative approach with Eliors onsite teams and clients. As the CSR Executive your key role accountabilities include:

  • Support the implementation of bespoke strategies and action plans with the operational teams, to ensure continual improvement in the areas of sustainability and social value.
  • Driving central CSR strategy actions throughout the business area, helping to bring to life our ambitions into real life activity within our sites.
  • Support the central CSR project plan, helping the business area to operate in accordance with our objectives, guidelines, and targets, in particular with the Elior Net Zero plan.
  • Contribute to CPD for the team, focusing on the impact of emerging sustainability and social value issues.
  • Liaise with the divisional senior management team to align the central CSR strategies and sector targets.
  • Help to build measurement tools to quantify the environmental and social impact of our services.
  • Audit, analyse and report on performance and sustainability initiatives to the senior management team.
  • A focus on data for monthly and annual reporting, quantifying our impacts in support of our clients sustainability agendas.
  • Collaborative working with the operations teams, offering support and guidance where required.
  • Reinforce the CSR policies and initiatives of the company through internal and external communications, including social media where appropriate.
  • Act as an ambassador of CSR to help enhance the culture of sustainability and social value across the business.
  • Provide first line support to our operations teams to help them to navigate and implement CSR initiatives.
  • Liaise with operations to build case studies, helping to share and encourage best practice across the various sectors.
  • Help to coordinate initiatives such as community and charity activities.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per weekWhat can you bringYou will be supported by the wider Corporate Social Responsibility team, but there will be a degree of lone working so you will thrive in this role if you are organised, self-motivated and enjoy building relationships with colleagues at every level.The extra skills needed to be successful in this role:
  • Highly organised and motivated to drive impact in this subject area.
  • Skilled at Excel data organisation and analysis and proficient in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships effectively, both internally and with our clients and customers.
  • Ability to use initiative, recognise emerging problems and proactively develop solutions to resolve challenges.
