Job Description

A prestigious law firm recognised in the Legal 500 is currently seeking a Senior Associate with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE for its London office. Renowned for its commitment to excellence, this firm has been consistently recognised as a top employer and holdsprestigious industry accreditations.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload including acquisitions, disposals, debt finance, management buy-outs, and company re-structuring
  • Draft shareholders’ agreements, partnership agreements, and various commercial contracts
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills and commercial awareness
  • Collaborate with the Corporate and Commercial team on high-value transactions
