Job Description

We provide solutions that contribute to better business performance, and we believe that peoplemake places and places make people.Within the position of Client Services Manager, your role will be responsible for the management of the workplace experience team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end users wantto be a part of. Actively seeking opportunities to improve on-site service experience and deploy new initiatives in line with the ISS Global Strategy.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the overall smooth operation and running of the entire building - to include reception, switchboard, helpdesk, meeting room, cleaning and event management
  • Manage event budgets in line with customer expectations and requirements
  • Pro-actively communicate with the Facilities Managers to ensure they are fully informed of up-coming events and the specific customer requirements including any Risk Assessments required
  • Regularly communicate with the Client Accounts Lead keeping them informed of any issues which may affect service delivery and day to day operations
  • Attend regular scheduled meetings with the Head of Facilities Operations
  • To develop and maintain excellent relations with Client Management and other service providers
  • Be the one point of contact for all clients queries related to other contractors such as catering, cleaning, AV
  • Build on-site professional relationships with end users of the front of house services and key stakeholders
  • Line Management of Facilities Managers, Mail Room Manager and Client Services Team Leader. FMs also report directly to Head of Facilities Operations with regards to day to day operations
  • To conduct quarterly one to ones with direct reports, supervise on-site team meetings and conduct yearly appraisals with direct reports
  • Responsible for Rota and holiday management for all place makers
  • Monthly payroll processing for all employees and responsibility for the sites P&L
  • To show responsibility for personal Health and Safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISSLivv Workplace and Legal requirement
