Our client, an insurance advisory services company, offers a wide-ranging team of specialist experts who deliver everything an insurances business needs and more, such as - Underwriting/Claims Management, Compliance, Actuarial, HR, IT, Finance, Risk Managementand Company Secretarial - all under one roof, providing clients with a truly complete solution.They are keen to recruit a Claims Operations Analyst who willprovide technical and administrative support for the oversight of all our clients managed Syndicates, to include the production and distribution of Claims MI, liaison with syndicates on data requiredfrom them, coordinating all Delegated Claims Authority (DCA) audit activity, and supporting the onboarding and approval of new DCA firms.Candidates will havework experience in a Lloyds Managing Agent or Insurer, preferably in either a claim handling or operations role and knowledge of Lloyds and/or London Market claims processes. Experience using Lloyd’s central market systems is preferable,but not essential. You will also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
