Category Manager - Marketing6 months Fortune Global 500 organisation Rates negotiable (Inside IR35) Central LondonAdvantage Resourcing are currently seeking a collaborative and result-orientated Category Manager with expertise in a wide range of marketing categories for our Fortune Global 500 client. You will work with FTSE 100 clients to develop and execute sourcing strategies that are designed to drive value and savings whilst incorporating agency metric that will support clients goals. In this role you will have the opportunity to become a true value creator by helping to shape marketing procurement offering, driving regional category strategy in support of a global approach, attributing to overall growth and delivery commitments. Your responsibilities as a successful Category Manager will include:* Lead strategic sourcing projects, including all key steps* Identify value/productivity improvement opportunities in Marketing subcategories across multiple clients* Develop, build and maintain senior level stakeholder relationships on key client accounts* Drive and develop Marketing subcategory insights and data-led category analytics apps* Become a thought leader in Marketing subcategories by proactive engagement in the market place* Design and develop relevant documents for pitches or negotiations* Negotiate commercials with supplier and incorporate best practice metrics* Helping develop more junior members through coaching and mentoringWe are specifically seeking deep knowledge in multiple marketing subcategories including; Creative / Digital / Integrated / PR / Experiential / Social Agencies /Prints / Point of Sale Materials /Market Research.
