Job Description

Today we employ over 6,000 people across North America, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, India and Asia Pacific.The opportunityBe a part of our programme management consultancy business that spans our five global hubs, where you can oversee work for world leading organisations across the public and private sectors.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the head of capital efficiency.
  • Ensuring a consistent and fit for purpose approach to the delivery and reporting of efficiency is applied across the capital programme.
  • Establishing a function that can identify, evaluate and report on efficiency opportunities and risks.
  • Providing effective influence on the key stakeholders to ensure full buy-in to efficiency targets and the promotion of a continuous improvement culture.
  • About you
  • A degree qualified manager.
  • With a membership of a professional project management body e.g. APM, Practitioner MSP, Prince2, P3O, PPSO or ITIL.
  • Skilled in oral and written communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering and construction forms of contract and start-up work processes.
  • Ability to evaluate data and make decisions on partial information.
  • Ability to take complex information and present in a way people across the business can understand.
