Building Maintenance EngineerLiverpool Street, City of London £43,000 - £45,000Are you an experienced maintenance engineer looking for a new challenge We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join a privately owned maintenance provider, working on a commercial property. This role offers the chance for internal progressionand career development, providing a fantastic opportunity to grow and advance within the company. This is a static role, Monday - Friday, (8-5)As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical or mechanical systems within the property. You will need to have a strong technical background and the abilityto troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and possess relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.Duties:* PPM and Reactive Maintenance* Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors* Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations* Communicate with the client Requirements:* City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering * Apprentice trained (Desirable)* Building service maintenance (3 years prior* Very client facing Salary and Benefits:* £43,000 - £45,000 per annum * Monday - Friday, (8-5)* Company pension * Internal progression * Overtime readily available * Additional training provided* Part of a growing privately owned building service providerIf you are interested in the role at hand and would like to know more, pleae apply with an updated CV and contact information!Posted by Alex Clark
