Job Description

A renowned global consultancy is now looking for a Bid Executive for a 12 month maternity cover contract based out of their London office.The Bid Executive role The successful bid executive will support the marketing and bid manager and work on a variety of projects, both public and private.The role of the Bid Executive: The Bid executive must have Adobe InDesign experience as a large part of this role is creative design and making bid and marketing documents.

  • Assisting in maintain the graphics library
  • Designing graphics for reports and presentations
  • Ensuring copyright compliance is adhered to
  • Capability statements
  • Proposals
  • Creating case studies
  • Updating CVs
  • Maintaining the bid library
  • Collecting client references and client feedback
  • Updating project trackers
  • Supporting internal and external events
  • Updating company website
  • Social media campaign support
  • General marketing admin
  • General ad-hoc admin (minutes, invoices, filing)
  • Document binding
As mentioned you must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator. and Photoshop. WordPress experience would also be beneficialIn Return you will receive:
  • £35,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience
