Job Description

Associate DirectorLocation: London with £100-115k SalaryOverviewOur client is a FTSE 250 global leader in IT services generating over £12 billion as a consulting practice with a rich client portfolio. Joining this dynamic team as an Associate Director will provide you with the opportunity on working with industry leaders within the Banking and Financial Services sector.As an Associate Director, you will:

  • Be a direct line manager and mentor juniors in their development
  • Lead teams in all aspects of programme design from onboarding and governance design to management of resources
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continue the growth of the practice by seeking new business development opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Develop focused Thought Leadership assets
The Successful Associate Director skillset will be:
  • At least £500k of new business development
  • Commercially aware with a self-starter entrepreneurial mindset
  • An excellent communicator in dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Experienced in the full project life cycle or product management using a variety of delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience with digital project management using tools such as JIRA and Trello
  • Robust understanding of the ongoing changes within the banking industry such as the use of emerging technologies, partnership ecosystems and new business models
  • Direct experience working in retail banking through a fintech, bank, building society or aligned industry consulting
