Job Description

A global real estate firm, renowned for its prestigious standing and expansive opportunities for growth and development, is in search of a highly experienced Building Surveyor to lead their Licences to Alter service line.Situated within their dynamic office, this role offers the chance to concentrate on Licences to Alter as a specialism, spearheading its development and orchestrating a team dedicated to this service.The Associate Building Surveyors roleAs the Head of Licences to Alter, you will be the forefront of developing and refining this crucial service line. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Pioneering the Licences to Alter service, setting strategic directions and ensuring its successful integration within the firms broader offerings.
  • Engaging with an impressive and diverse client portfolio, undertaking exciting and meaningful works that highlight the firms commitment to excellence.
  • Growing and leading a team, fostering a culture of professional growth, innovation, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the firm to enhance the visibility and impact of the Licences to Alter service.
This role is tailored for a visionary Building Surveyor who is passionate about leading change, nurturing talent, and delivering unparalleled service to a sophisticated client base.The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have
  • MRICS qualifed ideally.
  • A proven track record as a Building Surveyor, with substantial experience in Licences to Alter and related fields.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in team development and a strong inclination towards nurturing talent.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, with a clear vision for developing service lines and enhancing business growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of clients and team members.
  • A commitment to maintaining and advancing the firms standing as a leader in the global real estate market.
