Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the worlds most successful, purpose-led businesses, our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil and Magnum, as an Assistant Global Marketing Academy Managerbased at their iconic Head Office in Blackfriars, London (will involve 2 days working from the office Monday & one other day & the rest of the week from home). Flexibility is required.This is a full-time temporary role to last 6 months, working a 36.25-hour week, to start ASAP. We aim to build knowledge and capabilities across the business by equippingour Marketers with leading-edge training, tools, and methodologies.We have an Assistant Global Marketing Academy Manager role available in our Marketing Academy, offering the opportunity to work across our portfolio of world-class capability initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to impact the Marketingfunction by developing and deploying learning interventions, as well as a fantastic opportunity to work with and be exposed to thought leaders in our organisation.The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Global Marketing Capability Manager and will work together with the wider Global Marketing team in delivering this exciting agenda.RESPONSIBILITIESThe candidate will:

  • Assist with the ongoing programme development and deployment of existing initiatives under the overarching Creative Transformation umbrella. This includes programme/training design and implementation, communication creation, mapping out deployment plans,supporting all aspects of internal/external vendor training and management, and working closely with facilitators
  • Help to develop key KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) and track learning performance of programmes by reviewing programme evaluation forms, analyzing data to identify trends, and pulling together recommendations on how to close the gaps.
  • Take responsibility for budget management and tracking on key projects
  • Provide support at a strategic as well as operational level
  • Possess an eagerness to understand how to navigate, leverage and collaborate within the organization

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in learning and development an/or instructional design role
  • Events management experience
  • Good working knowledge of internal systems such as Proven, Degreed and Cornerstone
