Job Description

Our client is an independently owned UK life company providing investment administration platform services to institutional pension schemes.Their award-winning investment platform is complemented by a range of investment services that includes a wide universe of funds for investment and end-to-end investment administration services, including on-boarding services, unit dealing and valuation,portfolio restructures and rebalancing, fund governance, creation of blended and white-labelled funds, trigger monitoring, and scheme reporting. Working closely with clients, they create tailored investment solutions to fit their unique requirements and helpthem to achieve their investment goals.Due to significant growth in the past five years, assets under administration now total c£20.0bn and they are on the cusp of further exciting expansion. To help them achieve their plans, they are currently seeking an experienced Asset Transitions Coordinatorto join the existing team in delivering successful asset on-boarding and asset restructure outcomes. The Asset Transitions Coordinator will play a key role in the ATT function, with tasks including:

  • On-boarding new corporate Pension clients
  • Asset allocation restructures
  • Producing asset transfer documentation
  • Co-ordinating relevant stakeholders where appropriate
  • Delivering strong client service
  • Drafting client activity reports
  • Fostering a spirit of teamwork and unity within the ATT and the wider business by exhibiting collaborative behaviours
This is a mid-senior role within the team and the successful applicant must have solid experience in DC and DB Pension or Investment transitions/transfers, ideally from a provider background. In addition, they’d love you to be/have:
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic to learn
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail are fundamental attributes
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
  • A problem-solving, inquisitive nature
On offer is a basic salary of £50,000 to £55,000 (negotiable and based on relevant experience), discretionary bonus and a benefits package that includes Pension, Life Cover, PMI, CIC and Income Protection.
