Area Sales Manager - Outdoor Playground Equipment Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Outdoor Playground EquipmentIndustry Sector: Schools & Nurseries, Local Authorities, Parish Councils, Housing Developers, Landscape Architects, Leisure Operators and Community Groups, Outdoor Playground Equipment, Street FurnitureArea to be covered: South East & East AngliaRemuneration: £30,000-£40,000 + uncapped commission (1% of all sales)Benefits: Fully expensed car & full benefitsThe role of the Area Sales Manager - Outdoor Playground Equipment will involve:

  • Field based position selling the design, manufacture and install of outdoor playground equipment such as swings, see saws, towers, timber and steel climbing structures, flooring, gates, seating, canopies, bins and more
  • Majority of your time will be spent selling into local authorities and housing developers, but also schools & nurseries, local councils, landscape architects and leisure operators
  • Inheriting a territory currently turning over £550k with the capabilities of comfortably hitting £1m
  • Average order value can range from £500-£50k+ depending on the size of school / local authorise project
  • Majority of your time will be spent managing existing project bank, with the remaining portion spent generating new business relationships with your own contacts
  • Working closely with National Sales Manager and great internal sales support
