Mobile Air Conditioning EngineerLondon and Surrounding Areas£42,000 - £45,000We currently have a great opportunity for Mobile AC Engineers to join one of the UKs most established maintenance providers. The role is covering planned and reactive maintenance building services across properties in London and within the M25.As a Mobile A/C Engineer you will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial sites across London and M25. You will be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems across the portfolio of sites.Successful candidates will have the relevant qualifications, (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) at least 3 years prior in building maintenance, a great attitude and the ability to undergo tasks efficiently Duties:* PPM and Reactive maintenance * Carry out A/C works including minor projects & refurbishment* Fault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units & systems and any associated plant / components* Single / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC units* Replacing compressors, condensers, re-gassing, brazing, soldering etc* Liaise with sub contractors * Regular communication with clients* Ensure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all timesRequirements:* Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent* 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)* 3+ years experience carrying out service and repair of various types of AC units, within commercial sites.* Great communication skills* Full UK Driving LicenceSalary and Benefits:* £42,000 - £45,000 per anum* Company van and fuel card provided* Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM* 25 days holiday * Company pension* Overtime readily available* Additional training * Internal progressionIf you are interested in the role above, please apply with an updated CV and contact information!Posted by Alex Clark
