Youll provide day-to-day desktop support, and maintain operating systems, servers andnetworks, ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure security and availability.Youll also play a key role in supporting the IT Manager with upcoming projects such as a Datacentre Refresh, Hardware ad Software upgrades and Cloud Migration.What youll need:* Previous experience within a similar Desktop Support / IT Support Technician / 1st, 2nd or 3rd Line Support role* Experience in System Administration, Desktop & Applications support, and troubleshooting* Knowledge of Windows Server, Network, and Firewall administrationSalary / Working Hours / Other Information:* Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience* Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:00* Holidays: 32 Days Holiday (inc bank holidays)* Holiday buy-back scheme* Company Pension
