Job Description

Our client, a market leading, independent estate and letting agency in the South Devon area, with a great local reputation, are seeking a full-time office-based senior sales negotiator and are offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 on target earnings.The role will include all the duties of an office-based senior negotiator to include:

  • Qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Arranging sales and lettings viewings.
  • Dealing with clients over the phone and face-to-face within the office, including responding to enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Sourcing new business by generating valuations.
  • Negotiating offers and full sales progression.
  • Regular vendor updating and feedback on viewings.
    • We are seeking a confident and proactive negotiator with at least two years in the industry, great admin and IT skills, well presented and you will have a full driving license and your own car. In return our client is offering a basic salary in the region of £17,500 - £22,000 per annum with On-Target earnings of £19,500 - £25,000 per annum. The commission is uncapped and generated via booking of sales and generating valuation appointments.This is a really important role within the office and they are seeking someone looking for a long term career move.
