.Net Developer - SeniorThe Opportunity:If youre an imaginative, creative and experienced .Net Developer who can maintain and develop current .Net Applications and work with the other Applications teams members to continue to improve functionality and develop new applications to enable the company to continue to grow, then this is the job for you.The company provide complex engineering solutions to some of the key names in the Aerospace and Defence market and it will be your responsibility toliaise with internal customers, develop solutions to their technical issues, code solutions using .Net , C# , SQL , document and set your applications into practice throughout the entire business. Its a fabulous, hands on role reqquiring an innovative individual.Key Responsibilities:

Support on the development of new and existing technical solutions
Continuously review and implement security best practice across the entire development process and solution design, with a focus on data security
Deliver automated solutions in all areas
Assist in the implementation and support of technological solutions, as well as implementing new technologies to improve business operations
Develop features and code to the highest standard, instilling best practice coding within the team
Provide technical leadership for consideration of new technologies and their appropriatenessthroughout the business
Where necessary identify and evaluate new products and provide solutions.
Assists senior IT staff with project work as required.

Preferred Skills:

Proven experience developing MVC web applications using ASP.NET Core.
Experience developing with C#
Responsive Web Design
SQL Server, TSQL and Entity Framework, NHibernate experience.
Knowledge and experience of source-control standards/solution (Git or Equivalent)
JavaScript, jQuery and HTML5
Experience/knowledge within Microsoft Azure

Benefits:Working Hours: 8-4 Monday to Thursday, 2pm finish on a Friday (some of your team do work nights and weekends so there maybe there odd requirement for contact with them).
