Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join a successful and growing business on the outskirts of Exeter on permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to create synergy between customer facing teams and ensure a joined-up approach is taken to managing the ongoing relationships.To work as part of a fast-paced team you will always put the customer first and will have a dynamic and strategic approach to any task. The ideal candidate will be extremely customer focussed but also have the ability to interpret data (using Excel) and translate it into relevant insight for colleagues and external customers alike under the direction of the Head of Department.Responsibilities

  • Working with the Customer Support team and the Account Managers building an understanding of issues and opportunities in both teams
  • Analysing trends by customer to share insight with Account Management and Customer Support teams
  • Making recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and taking responsibility for delivering initiatives to maintain performance
  • Producing reports and collating information related to customers as required using Excel
  • Being involved in calls with customers as required to discuss key topics, share updates on projects and be part of renewal strategy
  • Managing cases’ within Salesforce and looking at SLA breaches ensuring we maintain visibility by customer
  • Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar customer focussed role
  • Strong Excel skills and data manipulation are essential
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
