Job Description

Company BackgroundOur client is part of a global, £multi-million turnover organisation renowned for the manufacture and marketing of high quality DIY & Skincare products. Their brand leading products have been acknowledged world-wide as the finest in design, quality and value for money.The Role | Customer Service / Technical AdvisorCustomer Service:

  • Provide exceptional service to consumers by listening and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Document each consumer contact in the database and follow specifications for data entry.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth product knowledge to assist consumers with product selection.
  • Work collaboratively with European Distributors to ensure that all Consumer product queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Monitor consumer feedback and report issues to management.
  • Regulatory Duties:
  • Review of cosmetic and adhesive product artwork against required product copy.
  • Assist in the collation, maintenance, and organisation of regulatory documentation across cosmetic and adhesive products.
  • Completion of retailer/customer regulatory surveys.
  • Organisation and collation of product and raw material information from suppliers, gathering information, identifying, and filling gaps as applicable.
  • Sound InterestingThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience gained within a Customer Service / Technical Advisory type of position, combined with a knowledge of Social Media Channels.A background or education within a Science, Regulatory or Technical environment is desirable.You will be organised, demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and be comfortable dealing with technical information.
