Experienced Supply Chain Planner needed to work within our clients Asset management team, on traffic management projects. Experience in Stock Planning and Oracle is essential. This role can be Hybrid/Agile working.Role will involve • Support with resolving supplier payment queries • Support investigations of supplier performance failures and work with SQA team to find resolutions • Responsible for identification of continuous improvement opportunities • Support the creation and production of procurement reports and departmental metrics Experience: • Must have experience in a procurement, supply chain or commercial environment • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills • Understanding of procurement principles, practices and the value that Procurement can bring • A high attention to detail and ability to achieve high levels of data accuracy • Confidence and ability to handle large volumes of data from different sources Skills/Qualifications: • Degree / HND / HNC or equivalent in an appropriate discipline • Or Professional qualification MCIPS or Supply Chain or equivlent • Depth and breadth of experience may be considered where these qualifications have not been obtained Essential: • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management approach and skills • Effective prioritisation of workload • Experience of Microsoft Office 365 products especially MS Excel Desirable: • Experience or using Oracle systems, especially Oracle iProcurement would be an advantage • Background in supply chain would be advantage
