My client is seeking a skilled Senior IT Consultant to join the technical support team of a rapidly growing IT MSP. As a Senior IT Support team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by finding solutions to technical problems, managing incidents, completing projects, gathering client requirements,and staying current with industry trends.
