Job Description

Sales Executive (Fire Systems)Chorley£25,000 - £30,000 + Company Benefits + Training + Progression + PensionAre you a driven, ambitious individual looking to accelerate your career in sales and marketing, with a well-established independent family business, now looking for an individual who is eager to be in a highly autonomous role, implementing and carrying outbusiness development activities, in a role that will offer you long-term stability, structure and a great work-life balanceAre you looking to hone and develop your sales, customer service and marketing skills with a company that values its employees, giving you the opportunity to continually develop, providing training in their products and servicesOn offer is the opportunity to work for a well-established independent business where you will be working under the fire systems umbrella group, which specialises in maintenance and service as well as survey and testing of fire systems including fire dampertesting, fire compartmentation surveys, fire door inspections and fire stopping works for a range of sectors including NHS, hospitals, schools, universities, academies, retail outlets etc.You will play an integral part of the growth of the business, within a dynamic and vibrant team, promoting the businesss service through sales opportunities and social media platforms. You will also be responsible for account management for the engineers assistingwith producing reports when needed.Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Be responsive and proactive with new sales opportunities and ensure these are handled efficiently, through new business enquiries, email and social media marketing
  • Account Management of the sales process from the enquiry stage through to the close of works.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales target
  • Plan the engineers workload by using specialist software and produce reports where necessary.
  • Update the database with new information every time a sales activity is performed. Manage own database and workload and log all sales activities
