What will you be doing...
  • You will be the main point of contact for any HR queries, using your knowledge and practical experience to guide all levels of staff through various internal procedures
  • Using your understanding of HR law and practice to interpret internal policies and guide managers through their correct use to ensure staff receive the support they need
  • Supporting managers on a range of Employee Relations issues from performance tracking to grievances and absence management
  • Administrating any updates to personnel files and maintaining the HR database
  • Arranging training and inductions for new staff to give them the best start possible into a growing company
  • Supporting project work as needed to continually develop the HR function
You should apply for this role if you...
  • Have at least 2 years experience in HR and have a sound understanding of employment law
  • A CIPD qualification is desirable but relevant advisory experience will be considered
  • Are a confident communicator and are looking for a more autonomous role where you will be trusted to manage your own workload
  • The ability to manager your own workload as you will be trusted to adapt your approach to meet the current challenges
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to build rapport with all levels of staff to influence positive outcomes for staff and the business
