Job Description

HR AdministratorLeading UK Financial Advisory Company, based Chorley14 Month Maternity Cover Contract - £24,000 + Excellent PackageThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a leading UK Financial Advisory firm in their head offices. Working within their HR team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

  • Act as first point of contact for the business on a range of HR Administration
  • Support onboarding of new starters, including inductions and ensure new starter documentation is properly administered.
  • Update the internal HR systems with new starters and leavers.
  • Undertake Financial Planners onboarding process, comply with FCA requirements and undertake identity and DBS checks.
  • Maintain and update employee files and support benefit administration.
  • Support recruitment (where required) with drafting offer letters and contracts and collate documentation for new employees.
To be successful in this role, you should have had the following experience:
  • Previous HR experience/desire to develop your career further in HR.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven multi-tasking ability, combined with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Genuine interest in developing a career in HR.
