Durden & Hunt, Ongar branch, are looking for an experienced agent to join their growing team.Entering at either an assistant manager, senior neg, or lister level, the candidate should have a good track record within estate agency and be ready to hit the ground running.We are looking for hungry team members that have a get up and go attitude and are willing to go out and win new business.Daily roles will include; booking valuations, conducting valuations, generating new valuations, booking viewings, conducting viewings, registering applicants, assisting the manager with office duties, running morning meetings particularly in managers absence.commission will include5% selling commission5% listing commission2.5% valuation generation commission.Giving the candidate the potential to earn up to 12.5% on each sale. + mortgage and legal commission.
