You will also lead on the management of the enterprise architecture.You must be able to mentor more junior ICT staff to provide them with the benefits of experience and lay foundations for career progression.The role leads on continuous improvement activities for Service Transition processes and seeks opportunities from that work enabling value creation to GreenSquare by analysing the root cause of issues and creating innovative and permanent solutions.You will bring your technical expertise to enhance support for our core Housing and Back office systems.About youIt is essential that you have a ITIL Foundation Certificate and have ITIL / ITSM experience along with previous experience working in an analytical role.You must have the ability to plan, organise and successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously with timeliness and accuracy and maintain a flexible working style.Excellent technical analysis skills; the ability to collect and understand/link data to creatively solve problems and to arrive at sound decisions is essential for this role, with excellent knowledge of SQL and experience of data migration and ETL processes.Closing Date - 27 December 2019Interview Date - W/C 6 January 2020 Required skills
