Job Description We are currently working with a well known business who are based in Chippenham that are looking for an purchase ledger clerk to join them for 2-3 months This role is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available purchase ledger clerk to join our Chippenham based client for a period for 2-3 months. Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements and resolution of discrepancies
  • Collaboration with internal teams to facilitate invoice approvals
  • Management of vendor inquiries and maintenance of vendor relationships
  • Assistance in month-end closing activities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a closely related field
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
