  • Oversee Upstream Procurement engagement with Research & NPI teams across all product categories.
  • Take the lead on Procurement initiatives, ensuring the sourcing of high-quality components that meet stringent performance, functional, and commercial requirements.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to both develop and seamlessly integrate new sensing technologies into product categories and research projects.
  • Spearhead the formulation and execution of comprehensive supplier strategies, including the identification and mitigation of key market risks.
  • Champion the upstream electronics team, embodying professionalism and ethical conduct in all endeavours.
  • Foster communication, collaboration, and coordination with global teams, ensuring effective and timely input from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct necessary due diligence and qualification processes for new suppliers.
ProfileThe successful candidate:
  • Experience within a similar role, with experience in NPD and working directly with engineers
  • MCIPS certification or working towards MCIPS is favourable.
  • Experience in sourcing and early supplier engagement globally
  • Able to work collaboratively and influence multiple global stakeholders across the different product categories.
  • Strong stakeholder skills
  • Proactive and commutable to the site
