We also handle, HMOs corporate lets, Student accommodation, bridging finance and package it together to suit the clients needs.The role will include:- Interfacing, dealing with clients, solicitors and lenders, case management, liaising with clients, identifying requirements and finding suitable lenders.- Attending property auctions in London and the Midlands following an initial training period.Our client is a property investor who is looking to secure finance on investment properties, typically buy to let or commercial properties. However, they deal with an array of clients.
