This supports the creation of strong and vibrant communities.They make a difference to people’s lives - and this is something they want to continue doing, for more people, every day, and they have ambitious plans to simplify and modernise their organisation, to become a simply brilliant landlord.About the roleThey are now recruiting for an IT Coordinator who will be a central member of the IT team - supporting the Head of IT and IT technical specialists delivering IT service for BAU and projects.The role can be quite varied and can involve regular re prioritisation of work and resources to meet targets. This requires agility and creativity and managing both long and short term priorities.You will be providing procurement, tendering, contract and supplier management support to IT managers, ensure these activities are completed on time, on budget and within procurement guidelinesYou will be supporting governance of Centre of Excellences (Customer, Property and Repair) including documenting, tracking and reporting on actions and continuous improvements from the forum.About youIt is essential that you are experienced with procurement processes (tendering, ordering, tracking, receipt of goods and invoicing) and have experience with planning standard IT work (e.g. work packages).You must have experience of tracking and managing resource usage and of tracking and reporting on budgets.You must have previous experience of monitoring IT work delivery progress in line with targets and using data and spreadsheets to produce reports and provide regular updates for colleagues across GreenSquare.A good working knowledge and experience of using of Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is essential for this role, along with a good understanding of IT asset management and configuration management.You will be a highly organised professional with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while remaining flexible, enthusiastic and a proactive team player prepared to learn from others and take on board feedback in a positive and constructive manner.BenefitsIn support and recognition of their colleagues who will help them deliver their employer strategy, they offer a fantastic benefits package.
