As a preferred supplier, Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a leading supply chain partner for British business, providing supply chain solutions up and down the country. who are looking for HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) Milk Tanker Drivers for their Chippenham HubOperation.Job Role - Driving a HGV Class 1 Milk tanker in a safe manner, delivering bulk liquid products to Dairies across the UK, ensuring that the loads are secured correctly and that the goods are delivered on time, offloaded in the correct manner, paperwork is signed. * Responsible for the accurate, timely movement and delivery of our customers products. * Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times. * Securing load of the trailer to ensure products are safely secured to minimise chances of damage. * Provide excellent customer service at all times and to take ownership of customer issues on delivery. * Be aware of the vehicle defects and bring to the attention of Transport Office as necessary. * Attend essential training in order to carry out the Driver role.As a HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) Milk Tanker Driver our client offers:* Days + Nights + Tramping shfits available * Days upto 11hrs £15.48phr* Days over 11hrs £20.59phr * Nights upto 11hrs £16.87phr * Nights over 11hrs £22.44 * £26.20 Night Out Allowance * Bulk Tanker training provided. * Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day. * Modern fleet of vehicles. * Free car parking.
