Job Description Are you an ACCA or ACA qualified professional seeking a rewarding transition from practice or a CIMA qualified expert from an industry background Morgan McKinley is looking for a Group FP&A Analyst in Chippenham! Are you an ACCA or ACA qualified professional seeking a rewarding transition from practice or a CIMA qualified expert from an industry background Look no further! Morgan McKinley are working with a listed organisation in Chippenham searching for a skilled Group FP&A Analyst to play a pivotal role in our finance team. Youll be responsible for consolidating group reporting, steering forecasting and budgeting efforts, and engaging in strategic business partnering with our international accountants. **Your Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the production of consolidated group reporting
  • Lead the facilitation of monthly Group Consolidated P&L through the group reporting and planning tool
  • Analysing and preparing accruals for central UK overhead costs, working in collaboration with the Group Financial Accounting team and Heads of Department
  • Utilising your experience and business knowledge to challenge and improve the financial reporting, analysis and planning processes and outputs we deliver to senior management and across the group.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly analysis including variance reports, to the Head of Finance and Supply Chain for strategic insights and to aid business decisions.
  • Oversee the accuracy of processes and controls for allocating central costs across regions and business units
  • Drive forecasting and budgeting initiatives
  • Collaborate with international accountants for data aggregation and analysis
  • Act as a strategic business partner, providing valuable financial insights
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills:**
  • ACCA or ACA qualification (from practice) OR CIMA qualification (from industry)
  • Strong background in financial analysis and reporting - Proficiency in consolidations, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication skills for effective business partnering
