First line IT Support required in the Chippenham area, for an ever expanding, reputable company. Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00. Driving licence is required.Essential experience: * Worked in IT performing a support role.* Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.* A good understanding of how a network operates including network cabling.Job summary (Description of main purpose of job): * To provide support to end users.* To help maintain the IT infrastructure and hardware.* Software support/training on Office Applications.* Assist in larger upgrade projects including investigating new technologies.* Visits to remote sites may be required.* Out of hours IT support.Key tasks:* First line IT support.* Backup other team members.* On Call out of hours support.* Day-to-day system housekeeping.This role is permanent from day one and offers an exciting career with a UK leading company.
