You will have strong leadership and motivationalskills and work across Finance to provide first class customer service and support to GreenSquareHomes and the Development team.The role is always looking forwards and requires you to build excellent relationships across the groupand an in-depth understanding of the business to then use financial analysis to facilitate change byworking closely with other departments.You will work hand-in-hand with the business to provide targeted strategic insights based on analysisof operational performance, industry dynamics, macro-economic trends and the competitorlandscape.This role is a key member of the Finance Directorate. It oversees and coordinates the financialmanagement and effective running of GreenSquare Homes and Development within GreenSquareespecially management accounting, income, expenditure and cashflow forecasting, financial planningand budgets.About youIt is essential that you are a ACMA/ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified accountant with significant postqualification experience.The role requires not only core technical and analytical finance and accounting skills, but alsostrategic awareness, business understanding, and influencing and negotiating skills. You mustsimplify complex situations so that the consequences of different courses of action can be understoodand appropriate decisions made.Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet challengingdeadlines are required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)to enable operating at a Group level.Understanding of Internal Audit controls and procedures and knowledge of Housing Associationand/or development finance would be beneficial for this role.BenefitsIn support and recognition of our colleagues who will help us deliver our employer strategy, we offer afantastic benefits package.
