Role: Family Law Fee Earner Solicitor Salary: DOE Location: Wiltshire/Somerset - Ideally Chippenham or TrowbridgeHere at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Family Law candidates who have been working as either a Paralegal with a caseload up to Qualified Executives or Solicitors, for a new role that has become available with a regional client of ours. About the Role: Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Private Family Solicitor to come in and work on a variety of HNW matters supplied organically from the firms long standing client referral relationship and external promotions. Some of your day to day duties will include:* Handling a varied caseload of files including: Divorce, Prenups, Finance matters, Civil Disputes, Cohabitation and further private family law matters. * Providing excellent client care.* Engaging in business development to build the companies network.About You: The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with the following traits and experience:* A minimum of 3 years PQE or 5 years Fee Earning in a Family department* You will possess strong technical knowledge and should have a meticulous eye for detail* Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skills in order to confidently engage with colleagues and clients* Being IT Literate and having a strong understanding of Adobe and virtual case management systems.
