Job Description

Estate Warden Up to £24,559 per annum + benefits Chippenham, Wiltshire PermanentAre you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real difference in your community Are you seeking a new opportunity where you can make the role your own If so, then apply today, as this could be the position you have been looking for!Working in partnership with my esteemed client, were seeking a pro-active and engaging Estate Warden whos passionate about delivering top-notch service and maintaining the excellence in the local neighbourhood.Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep internal and external communal areas clean and tidy.
  • Testing and monitoring communal safety systems
  • Resolving customer queries from both internal and external customers
  • Reporting any building concerns
  • Scheduling and planning visits
  • Raising work orders
  • Monitor car parks and open spaces
  • Keeping comprehensive and up to date records
About you:
  • Estate Management or caretaking experience would be advantageous
  • A knack for spotting building and maintenance issues.
  • Top-notch interpersonal, planning, and time management skills.
  • Team player with a self-starter attitude.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full / clean driving license
