Our background and your main purpose Reef Knots is a brand that sells sustainably focused menswear to customers directly through its website and stores. The business is passionate about making a difference and engaging our customers.It started with ties but we soon became pretty good at other products too. We now sell a full range of menswear, all of them sharing the same aim: perfect staples with a Reef Knots twist. We are also trying to incorporate recycled plastics, organic cottons and other materials into our products to make sure they leave as small a mark on the planet as possible. Reef Knots started their partnership with the Blue Marine Foundation charity when the founder, Patrick, was still operating out of his spare room and continues to support their work to this day. This is an opportunity to join our small team, at an exciting time, with the opportunity to become a key part of the businessas we open new stores and increase our digital footprint.The successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all online digital marketing activity with a focus on driving customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels with a data driven approach and clear view on CAC/LTVand ROI. They will also be partly responsible for our direct mail catalogue campaigns working closely with the Creative Director / Founder.This is an excellent chance to join a fast growth British fashion brand that offers its employees the chance to experience our success outside of London.Role: Digital Marketing ManagerFunction: Digital advertising and Social Media ManagementResponsibility: Overseeing and managing all online digital marketing activity with a focus on driving customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels with a data driven approach and clear view on CAC/LTV and ROI.Reports to: Creative Director/FounderLocation: Chippenham - Hybrid minimum 3 days a week in the officeCompensation: £40-60k dependant on proven experienceKey Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement the marketing calendar for all channels
  • Execute the creation of media for digital and print channels (alongside the Creative Director)
  • Manage online customer acquisition/retention and eCRM strategy
  • Managing and growing the affiliate marketing strategy
  • Ensure SEO and PPC campaign development
  • Set annual web marketing targets for digital channels, closely monitor and accurately report on progress
  • Own the social strategy
  • Manage relationships with search, social and direct mail agencies
  • Oversee site content ensuring links are operational, free from errors and directs customers to appropriate pages
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritise and manage multiple work streams at any one time.

EXPERIENCEYou have
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in online and digital marketing
  • Experience managing search marketing (SEO, PPC) and email channels
  • Social networking experience to drive clients to website
  • Affiliate marketing experience
  • Demonstrable track record of building engaging and compelling content and experiences
  • Proven background in Ecommerce retail environment
  • Solid understanding of online marketing and campaign evaluation
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator In-Design), Shopify, Klaviyo
  • Ability to drive the key KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROI and AOV, Returning customer rate and conversion.
  • Microsoft Office/ Excel, Web Analytics & Modelling, Customer Database Management experience
