Job Description

JOB TITLE: Data Analytics LeadLOCATION: ChippenhamWAY OF WORKING: 2 / 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICETHE BUSINESS:The company we are recruiting for are a large manufactoring companyTHE Data Analytics Lead OPPORTUNITY:

  • Developing and improving the data warehouse to support future analytics, personalization, and reporting objectives.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to comprehend and prioritize their requirements, assessing data needs, and delivering the necessary reporting, analytics, and insights.
  • Providing leadership and coaching to an Analyst team, ensuring the production of high-quality data insights and visualizations that empower users throughout the organization to act on the teams findings.
  • Conducting training and upskilling initiatives for stakeholders, enabling them to access and interpret data with confidence and make informed decisions.
  • Promoting the adoption of data engineering, analytics, and insight best practices to demonstrate the direct impact of the Data Strategy on the business.
  • Working closely with the Business Systems team to develop the data warehouse, establish efficient data pipelines, and automate manual data processing.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of data analytics skills, tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
