You will be supporting the Electro-Mechanical Training Contract 2 (EMTC 2) based in the Programme Management Office at MOD Lyneham.Day to day, you will be responsible for leading drive toward culture of continuous improvement (CI) amongst identifying and assisting in delivery of business change against future requirements with various stakeholders including the operations team, customer,internal and wider Babcock, as well as working collaboratively with the CI Project Manager based at HMS Sultan.
