HOME MANAGER - £63,000 PER ANNUMNORTH WILTSHIRE (NEAR CHIPPENHAM)NEW PURPOSE BUILT RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMEOPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A VERY REPUTABLE CARE PROVIDERFantastic opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to lead a team in a new Care Home based in the North Wiltshire area opening in October 2023.You will lead the team in all aspects of the day to day running of the Care Home, ensuring the residents are provided with the highest possible standards of care according to their individual needs.The Home Manager will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the Home, ensuring the Home is compliant with the relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support.Ideally you will be a strong leader and inspire the dedicated staff team to ensure you continue to provide outstanding, truly personalised care to our residents.The ideal candidate will have current or previous experience as a Home Manager or General Manager in a similar setting and must have strong leadership skills, have a hands on approach to providing care, be forward thinking and have a good knowledge of CareStandards Legislation including Fundamental Standards.Requirements of the Home Manager role
