Job Description

NOTE: This is an office based role, 5 days a week.Our client is a leader in electronic security solutions, including CCTV, alarm systems and access control. Having experienced year on year growth for over 25 years, they now have the ideal opening for an account manager to develop our client base, rangingfrom nationwide organisations to very high net worth individuals.If you have exceptional communication and presentation skills, this will be the ideal opportunity to shine and be rewarded with the best commission structure within our industry. Ideally, you will also have experience within the electronic security industryacross a broad portfolio which should include CCTV, intruder alarms, fire systems and access control. If you don’t have experience within the security industry, but do have a minimum of 2 years sales experience, please do get in touch with us.A consultative approach with the ability to identify client needs and building tailormade solutions is a key requirement of the role. You will be supported in the design of bespoke solutions by an experienced and qualified team.What it takes to be successful with us:

Key duties:
  • Develop account development plans for each client.
  • Attend regular client reviews and develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and be in control of 30/60/90 day prospects.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare reports on account performance and present findings to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships where we are introduced to new opportunities.
  • Regular attendance at networking events.
The rewards:
  • Basic salary between £35,000 and £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Generous uncapped commission structure with on target earnings between £70,000 and £100,000 per annum.
