Job Description

  • Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new business development as well as nurturing and growing existing accounts. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, hardworking,and has a passion for technology and customer engagement. Day to Day of the role:
  • Focus on a 70/30 split between new business development and account management.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the manager.
  • Proactively develop sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements.
  • Win new business with the support of the Public Sector bid team.
  • Grow and develop the existing account base.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to lead our messaging and offerings with customers.
  • Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors effectively.
  • Be responsible for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Stay at the forefront of technology developments and discuss these with public sector customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of good GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths, and ideally good A-Levels.
  • Extremely efficient, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude, upbeat, and helpful persona.
  • Ability to take direction, use initiative, and be self-motivated.
  • Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is useful but not essential.
