Due to winning a large new client, they are looking to recruit highly motivated engineers to work with cutting edge technologiesand provide quality infrastructure services.In this role you will provide customer facing and remote 2nd line support, you will provide firewall and server configuration, troubleshooting and infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.The ideal candidate will have experience in 2nd line support, helpdesk and incident management. You will WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security and operating systems.
