Job Description

Contracts AdministratorIndustry: Accounting/FinanceLocation: Near Guildford (Hybrid working)Must be a car owner/driver due to location£26-28k (DOE)

Company Overview: Our client is a local accountancy firm that is experiencing rapid growth. Their company offers a fantastic working environment and provides ample opportunities for long-term career development.The contracts administrator role will be predominantly working for one of the company’s key accounts and ensuring all contracts and corresponding invoices are correct and documented accordingly.This is a great role for a strong administrator wiho has excellent attention to detail and ideally interest in finance or numbers.Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain contracts for client accounts- Review and analyse contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements- Checking all invoices are correct and loaded onto accounting system- Coordinate with clients to negotiate terms and resolve any issues- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation- Be a point of contact for client queries and invoice discrepancies- Work with account management team to analyse and resolve variance with contracts and invoicing- Assisting other team members as and when requiredRequired Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in administration or commercial organisation- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills- Excellent communication skills- Attention to detail- Numerate- Familiarity contracts (desirable not essential)
