Due to massive demand in this region, a Partner is needed to take the reins and capitalise on the valuationbusiness in this region as it is presently being fulfilled centrally by the Birmingham team who cant meet the demand. This role is perfect for a hard-working and proactive senior Surveyor, located locally, and experienced in commercial valuations on offices,industrial, and retail asset classes.ProfileThe successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Located in the East Midlands
Presently working at Director/Partner or Associate level
Experienced with working in major property consultancies
Experienced with commercial valuations in the above asset classes
Able to work largely independently and take account for running a geographical valuations sub-division
