Job Description

We are looking for energetic, confident communicators, to join our surveying operations team. In this fast paced, telephone customer service role you will be speaking to existing customers, surveyors, and your colleagues from other teams to set up and manage the surveyors mortgage valuationappointments. This is a full-time, permanent role,where you will enjoythe flexibility to mix your working week between home and our Nottingham office.In return, you will receive a competitive starting basic salary of £19,305per annum +lucrative monthly performance bonuses.The Person

  • Enjoys talking on the phone, making inbound and outbound calls to customers
  • Energetic communicator, fast paced, and competitiveready to hit the phones all day
  • Resilientself-motivated and driven to achieve 120+ calls / 30 booked appointments every day
  • Preference for perfecting an ability to deliver at pace on straightforward, repetitive tasks, over and above a need to seek out work of a highly varied or challenging nature
  • Money motivated with a strong desire to earn high monthly bonuses
  • Delivers great customer service to our customers
  • Resilient, able to problem solve, find solutions,andovercomes objections

Shift Pattern:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4pm, 9am5pm, 10am6pm and 11am7pm
  • Fridays: On a rota, shift times as above
  • Saturday: 1 in 5 Saturdays, working 9am1pm
