It is registered for 150 pupils aged 519.There are approximately 20 classrooms, comprising a mixture of general teaching rooms for all year groups and more specialised classrooms. There is a large sports hall and a bespoke 6th form suite.There are a number of other smaller individual spaces used for therapeutic intervention and bespoke support packages.The School benefits from extensive outdoor space, including an area for the delivery of horticulture. There is a large central courtyard garden in the centre of the school and separate secondary and junior playgrounds and a fenced off multi-use games area.There are good public transport connections with Chigwell Station one mile away, providing London Underground Central Line services to central London and other Essex towns. The road links are good and the site is located adjacent to the M11 although accessto it is approximately 2.3 miles south at Woodford Junction 4. This ensures that therapeutic support permeates every aspect of the education we offer all of our children and young people. You will provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educationalteams around our children.Theres no doubt that youll face some challenges. You must therefore be a resilient, reflective, creative and a flexible practitioner. • A qualified Psychologist accredited with HCPC

• A specialist with proven skills and experience to engage and deliver therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs.

• Experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences.

• A confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer.

• A member of a multi-disciplinary team, receiving regular supervision and supported in your CPD.

• A highly organised professional ready to take the initiative.
